Submissions are strictly limited to professionals from industry and private scientific or R&D laboratories. Manuscripts from authors holding academic institutional affiliations are not considered. Every submission undergoes a rigorous peer-review by three to five independent field experts drawn from diverse industry sectors, ensuring relevance, technical depth, and practical validity. The journal is owned and published by Industrix Dynamics GmbH, headquartered in Germany, and reflects the organization’s commitment to evidence-based industrial knowledge, ethical practice, and innovation-led governance.

About the Journal

The Journal of Innovation in Governance and Business Practices (JIGBP) (ISSN 3053-8734) is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary journal dedicated exclusively to industrial research and applied innovation. Operating under the IndustryX Dynamics initiative, the journal publishes practice-driven scholarship grounded in real-world implementation, validated datasets, and field-tested methodologies spanning governance systems, institutional transformation, and contemporary business practices.

All participants in the publication process: authors, reviewers, and editorial contributors are active professionals from industry, corporate R&D units, private scientific laboratories, and consulting organizations. Submissions from individuals affiliated solely with academic institutions are not considered. Each manuscript is evaluated by three to five independent industry experts, ensuring enterprise relevance, technical rigor, and operational applicability.

JIGBP welcomes original empirical studies, implementation frameworks, case analyses, and policy evaluations that credibly bridge theory and practice from a global industrial perspective.
